Gospel diva Gracious Sithole has promised her followers a night of dining with a new album listening session at an event to be held at Red parrot in Zvishavane in June.

The event is scheduled for 24 June 2022. Speaking in an interview with this publication, Sithole’s Manager Modester Tevera indicated that the event will be the first of its kind in the small mining town.

“This event will be the first in Zvishavane. There is more for our followers besides tasting the delicious dishes provided on their dinner tables because they will have a chance to also taste the wholly Gracious’ upcoming album titled El Roi, during that same night and at the same venue,” he said.

Farai ‘Chief’ Verenga, the Director of Verenga Empire Studios, believes the album is the artist’s best production so far.

“No doubt the audience to Gracious Dinner party will have their ears and souls treated to a unique sound and sweetest voice they never heard in a while. I believe this is by far her best effort so far,” said Verenga.

One of Sithole’s fans Abigail Hungwe based in the United Kingdom said she will fly back to Zimbabwe in June to attend Gracious’ Dinner party and the new album listening session.

“I will definitely book a ticket back to Zimbabwe in June to attend this unique and promising event. Gracious Sithole music is on my everyday playlist and I cannot afford to miss her dinner party,” said Hungwe.

The Gracious Dinner Party is being organised by the Eventpluz and a ticket for an adult is going for US$20 while kids’ tickets are pegged at US$5 each. Tickets are available at Verenga Empire Studios in Arise, Zvishavane.

Gracious Sithole’s healing music infuses smooth R&B vocals and sweet gospel harmonies into contemporary Afrocentric and Worldbeat rhythms.

Gracious’ upcoming album, El Roi “God Sees Me” is a continuation of her work to bring peace and hope, enlightenment, elevation, and healing to the world through music in these troublous times.
